I help brilliant coaches build the business side of their work, so the thing they are great at actually reaches the people who need it.
I built mine organically, and I had one advantage most coaches do not. I came out of a corporate career, so the business part came easier to me than it had any right to. I watch extraordinary women stall in exactly that spot. Remarkable in a session, and then stuck the moment it turns into marketing, systems and being visible. That is the part I want to change.
I am still the woman who does the other half. This is where breath meets blueprint, where your Human Design sits next to your nervous system, because you can know exactly what to do and still not be able to do it. That work has not gone anywhere. It stopped being the whole story.
